Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
Each order (except pre-orders & signed copies) is processed within 10 days and shipped out within 5 business days upon payment. Most items take 2-20 business days to arrive upon postage.

If an untracked item fails to reach the customer/return to us after 30 business days, we will assume that item to be lost, and we will do our best to send another package or simply issue a refund.

International Shipping Time

For international orders please allow 5-6 weeks at the most for orders to arrive. To keep the cost of shipping low international orders will not be able to have tracking numbers. If your package hasn't arrived within those 5-6 weeks please contact me and I will do my best to either send another package or issue a refund for your order.

Refund/Exchange
No refunds or exchanges are offered after the item(s) have been shipped. Cancellation of the order must be made prior to shipping.

Liabilities
S-Morishita Studio is not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient's name. (Please do not use pseudonyms and make sure the recipient's name is legally registered to the place of residence)

If the item is returned due faulty addressing, it is up to the consumer to pay a secondary shipping price to have the item sent again.

OR the consumer may request for a refund upon our reception of the returned item, but it would exclude the initial shipping/handling fee.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR SIGNED COPIES

Please allow extra time for the shipping if you requested your book to be signed. I have to wait for the printers to ship the book to me and then I will sign and ship the book out to you. Because of international shipping cost I am unable to sign international orders at this time.
